Senior Menus for the week of Monday, April 21 through Friday, April 25:
Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, casapv.net. Menus subject to change.
Monday: Ham and beans, skillet potatoes with peppers and onions, glazed beets, sweet cornbread, salad bar, fruit.
Tuesday: Sweet 'n Sour chicken over rice, oriental vegetables, fruit cobbler, salad bar, coleslaw, ice cream.
Wednesday: Beef chili con carne, steak fries, fruit compote, cornbread, salad bar, garden salad, vanilla pudding with whipped topping.
Thursday: Spaghetti and meatballs, Italian blend vegetables, fruit compote, garlic bread, salad bar, garden salad, sherbet.
Friday: Baked fish, potato casserole, spinach, salad bar, coleslaw, fruity Jell-O with whipped topping.
