Balloon Festival breaks away from Prescott Valley Days
Bring the family and enjoy the 4th annual Prescott Valley Rotary Balloon Festival beginning at 6 a.m. Saturday, north of the Tim's Toyota Center parking lot.

For the past three years, the Rotary Club of Prescott Valley has hosted hot air balloon pilots from across the country to come fly their balloons and entertain area residents.

Dewey-Humboldt election results in
Seven votes separate the two candidates for the third of three council seats in the Aug. 26 election. Dewey-Humboldt Town Clerk Judy Morgan said, since 10 or fewer votes separate the two candidates, an automatic recount would take place by order of the Superior Court, although she has yet to receive the notification.
